It will take approximately 14 days for the body to become accustomed to a new mattress and its firmness level (especially if you haven't slept on latex previously). For this reason we would like to offer an exchange of any firmness layer to ensure you of a proper nights rest. (Please save the original packing & box until you have determined that we have created the perfect firmness equation for your frame and body type.)

This exchange must take place within 30 days of receiving your mattress and only one exchange per mattress is allowed. We will replace the layer free of charge; the only cost incurred by you is a $50 return shipping fee. To avoid any sleeping inconvenience you will only return the unsuitable layer upon receiving your new one.
