Your Organic Mattress is NOW custom-made in a beautiful large manufacturing facility in Plain City, Ohio. This gives us control of the manufacturing and shipping.

Most mattresses are too large to ship by Fed Ex and have to be shipped by more costly truck freight. This is not the case with our Simply Organic Sleep I and Simply Organic Sleep II mattresses. These mattresses are individually wrapped in plastic and packed in heavy weight boxes before being shipped to you via Fed Ex.

We give Free "Curbside” shipping on all Mattresses delivered within 3 weeks from date of order.

Foundations and Box Springs charges are based on size and weight.  Ask for a quote for your area.

Orders may be expedited to ship within 1 week for an up-charge of $199.00

DAMAGED FREIGHT:

If your freight arrives and the contents are visibly damaged, refuse the order and contact Customer Service at (800) 457-9156 immediately. We will replace your shipment as soon as possible as long as the freight bill is not signed.

If you accept the freight and sign the freight bill they present, you have accepted the product in good condition. Please check your delivery properly! Any damage claims after signed acceptance of the shipment cannot be replaced as you have released the freight company from any liability.
